Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

We set up the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to make the lives of employees more financially secure after retirement. The Plan entails purchase of company stock by employees every month using a certain percentage of their pay and company fund in the form of employee bonus. This system aims at retaining employees while helping them prepare financially for retirement.

Psychological counseling

We provide one-on-one psychological counseling service so employees who face personal challenges in life can communicate their problems with a professional counselor in a secure and warm environment.

Massage service

Realizing the needs of our hard-working employees and to provide more job opportunities for disadvantaged groups, we ask Taipei City Welfare Association for the Visually Impaired to arrange visually impaired masseuses to come to our company and provide regular massage service for our employees. This service is unanimously praised.
