Using deep learning algorithms and machine learning algorithms, we follow algorithms for big data to design the most effective energy saving and consumption reducing systems. For instance, we have developed an optimal “predictive model for the energy consumption of chiller units,” with calculations of parameters such as consumption, electric current, temperature, and flow performed. This model not only enables electrical load balancing between chiller units and cooling towers but also provides recommended values on operation. Energy consumption is minimized, and the frequency of unscheduled shutdowns during the process lowered, resulting in a double win in reduced power consumption and smooth production.
